WES Reopening Information

Some students will return to WES on March 1st.

PreK through 2nd grade students had the option to begin hybrid learning beginning March 1st.  If you're seeking reopening information, check out the building tour on YouTube or the Reopening Snapshot for more information.

Our School Office is OPEN

Learning may be virtual, but our office staff is in the building and ready to help!

As we pass the halfway point in the school year, please be reminded that our office staff is in the building and online registration remains available.  To register your student online, click the orange "Student Registration" tile above or click here.  Should you need assistance with registration, please email an administrator or call the front office during regular office hours.

WES Cafeteria Menus

Mrs. Costa would like to alert the community that the cafeteria, upon reopening March 1st, will not be accepting cash payments.  Additionally there will be no selling of snacks or entree ala cartes.  Meals will be available and free for all students.  Please reference the March calendars on the BCPS website.

Does your student have a IEP?

If you are a parent or guardian of a child with a Individualized Education Plan you may be interested in the two resources listed below from BCPS Special Education Office: 

  • The Special Education Resource Center (SERC) can be found by clicking here.  SERC supports parents of children with disabilities, ages birth to 21.  Its mission is to promote positive, effective partnerships within the school community. 

 

  • Since 1978, the Baltimore County Special Education Citizens Advisory Committee (SECAC) has provided a forum for issues pertaining to children with disabilities.  Our members advocate at the county, state, and federal level to make recommendations and assist Baltimore County Public Schools about issues including the education budget, inclusion, assessments, support services and other issues concerning children and special education services.  To join the SECAC email contact list for updates on meetings and events please email your request to serv@bcps.org
