KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

To register for Kindergarten:
STEP 1: Registration documents for incoming kindergarteners for the 2025-2026 school can be viewed, printed, and completed by clicking here. Use ONLY Westchester ES registration forms when completing your online registration.
STEP 2:
A. To start the online portion of the registration process and to upload your Westchester ES documents, visit the “Registration and Enrollment” portion of the BCPS website. You can get there by clicking this direct link.
B. Once there, scroll down to “Identifying the Zoned School”. Click on the “FOCUS Parent Portal” hyperlink in step 2 to create your parent portal.
Once you create your Parent Portal and start registration, Westchester Elementary will be notified and will contact you via email. Please note that when you exit the portal, you will not be able to access it for any revisions. Please be thorough and complete when adding your information. Use Westchester ES registration forms ONLY. Additionally, please be sure to include phone numbers and email addresses in the portal. Registration will not be processed until all required documents are submitted and approved. Only complete registrations will be enrolled.
